Who we are
Covenix is an agentic-AI consultancy based in Buckeye, Arizona. If you have a question about this policy, email hello@covenix.ai.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the booking form — your name, email, company, phone number, and your description of the problem you want solved. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. The assistant in the corner of the page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. If you press "Pause animations," your browser remembers that choice on your own device so it carries to the next page. It is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, it is never sent to us or anyone else, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Who processes it
This site is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions and keeps standard server logs. Fonts are served from this site, so loading them involves no other company. This website uses no other third parties.
What we do with it
We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, add you to a mailing list, or use it to train models. Submissions stay in Netlify until we delete them — email us and we will delete yours.
Client information
During an audit we often see internal documents, workflows and systems belonging to a client. That material is handled under the engagement agreement or NDA and kept only as long as the work requires. We do not sell it, and we do not train models on it. We do use a hosted AI service to help with design and audit work, so relevant material can be sent to it as text. We have turned off that service's option to use our conversations to train its models. That is a setting we control, not a guarantee, so tell us before you share anything sensitive. Specifics are agreed with each client before work starts.
Our internal tools and Google user data
We run internal assistant software that connects to our own Google account to read and draft our email and manage our calendar. Covenix's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This software is not offered to the public and does not access any client's Google account.
