Instead of an AI that just answers questions, an agent takes the next step itself — pulling data, filling out a form, routing an approval, flagging an exception to a human. It runs part of the actual process, not just a chat window next to it.
That's specifically who we build for. Engagements are scoped to a handful of your highest-friction SOPs — not a company-wide transformation program — so the cost and timeline match a small team's reality.
Most audits wrap in one to two weeks, depending on how many processes we're mapping and how much of it lives outside written documentation. You'll get a scoped timeline after the diagnostic call.
That is not the goal. The aim is to remove the broken, manual parts of a process so your team spends time on work that needs a person, instead of re-typing the same handoff into three systems. Staffing decisions stay yours.
You get a prioritized breakdown of what's broken and what we'd fix first. From there it's your call whether Covenix restructures and deploys the fix, or your team runs with the findings directly.
The call takes 30 minutes. You describe the process that causes the most rework. We ask what happens when it goes wrong, who touches it, and which tools it passes through. Then we tell you where we would look first and whether an audit is worth it, or that you do not need us. The call is a conversation. The audit is the written work: the map, the numbered breaks and the fix list. There is no obligation.
If an audit does not turn up at least one fix we would recommend making, you do not pay the audit fee, or it is refunded if you have already paid. This applies to the focused audit and the full audit. It does not cover a rebuild, which is quoted separately after the audit.
